I have found in our database some entries which refer to a problem with expired passwords.
If it is the same as described we cannot identifiy due to missing information.

could you please tell if you have fixed your problem and if, how?

We face similar problems, with updating from WinCC OA v3.18 P0006 to v3.18 P0017.
