TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USE
1. Application scope
Use of this website (hereinafter called “ETM Website”) published by ETM professional control GmbH (hereinafter called “ETM”) is admissible exclusively in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use. These General Terms and Conditions of Use may be substituted, modified or replaced in individual cases by special conditions. In case of contradictory rulings, any special conditions agreed shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
ETM is entitled to discontinue operation of the ETM Website either partially or as a whole, or to change the content of the ETM Website at its own discretion. Due to the nature of the internet and of computer systems, ETM accepts no liability for interrupted availability of the ETM Website.
2. Registration, password
2.1 Certain areas of the ETM Website may be password protected. In the interest of safeguarding business operations, access to these pages is only afforded to registered users. ETM reserves the right to introduce restricted access to previously freely accessed areas of the Website. ETM shall be entitled to withdraw access entitlement by blocking access data at any time without any obligation to disclose reasons, in particular in cases where users have submitted false registration information, infringed these General Terms and Conditions of Use or breached their duty of care in dealing with access / user data, or infringed applicable laws in accessing or using the ETM Website.

Should users discover that their user data is being misused by a third party, they are obliged to inform ETM without delay in writing or by email.
2.4 Users may request in writing or by email at any time that their registration be cancelled, provided the cancellation in no way impairs the processing of ongoing contractual relationships. In such cases, ETM shall delete all user data and other saved personal data of the user, provided this is no longer required.
3. Utilization rights to information, software, documentation and other content from the ETM Website
Users are not permitted to sell, rent or otherwise make available to third parties any information, software, documentation or any other content from the ETM Website. Unless otherwise permitted by mandatory legal regulations, users may neither amend, edit, reverse engineer or translate downloaded documents, nor delete any parts from such documents.

7. Anonymous website use
